About Pronouns

Most cisgender people like myself do not give their pronouns a second thought. However, for thousands of people the gender construct of "only" he and she does not fit for them.

Your child may feel they want to change their pronouns. How do you feel about it? Are you disappointed, worried, frustrated or have other concerns?

Personally, I chose to let my child lead and supported them. It was so worthwhile to see such happiness.

As one mom said of her child, "I would rather have her change her pronouns a 1000 times, than to write her obituary".
